K&F Properties is a company devoted to creating and amicable environment for those who no longer wish to be saddled with property taxes, for land that no longer serves a purpose for them, can receive cash for an otherwise wasting asset. Cash that may be spent on more important matters – healthcare, home improvements, or even a well-deserved family holiday.
What we do.
We offer to pay cash, at a discounted rate, to landowners for property they are no longer using nor have plans of utilizing in the future. As soon as an offer is amicably accepted, K&F Properties will immediately start the escrow process, that same day. Easy as pie!
